LUXURY DOG BOARDING
Our facility is set up with a focus on group play, so your dog must be friendly with people and other dogs, socialized and up-to-date on all vaccinations. We cannot take aggressive or non-socialized dogs.
All dogs over 1 year must be spayed or neutered.

Once we’ve confirmed space we will set up an interview for your pup.
TOURS/INTERVIEWS
We only do tours/interviews once we’ve confirmed availability for your dates. We don’t want you to come fall in love with our place and not have space for your pup!
All dogs must do a free interview prior to boarding. The interview takes about 10 minutes - just enough time for your pup to meet us and have a sniff around.
If your dog is nervous we may ask you to bring them for daycare to their stay to get more comfortable. We want your dog to have an enjoyable vacation and it helps when they are familiar with us and the cabins.
MINIMUMS/HOLIDAYS
Your pup is not required to stay for the minimum number of nights during these high seasons, but charges will still incur for the minimum stay:
We are closed for arrivals and departures on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
RATES
Our rates are all-inclusive and the dogs get four playtimes each day. By bedtime they are exhausted and ready for their complimentary peanut butter Kong! They love playing fetch with our staff, splashing around in the pond, or just running around the play yard with their pals. Their day starts at 7:30 and ends at 8:00 with lots of love and affection between!
$80 per night per dog
$136 per night for two dogs in the same suite
We operate like a hotel and our rates are per night regardless of check-in time. We charge per 24 hour period, so your check-out time is the same time as your check-in time. You will be charged $2 per dog per hour after that time.
For example, if you check-in at 8:30 am you have until 8:30 am to check-out. After that it will be $2/hour per dog.
We provide complementary medicine administration and can work with any special dietary needs. (No insulin please.)
Payment is due upon pick up. Prices are subject to change at any time.
vaccinations
Photocopies of vet records including expiration dates must be provided when making a reservation. Dogs without proper documents will be refused boarding. All vaccinations should be administered at least 10 days before boarding.
RESERVATION REQUESTS
Reservation requests can be made six months in advance (180 days exactly) from the first day of your trip.
Pro tip: Google "180 days before June 21 2024" to find out the date without having to do math.
Holiday and peak season reservations will open first to our most active clients, then current customers, then new customers.
Should your requested date/time be full, you will automatically be added to our waitlist. We’ll reach out if a space opens up.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes life is unexpected, and plans change, but the nature of our business makes it challenging to fill openings upon short notice.
Our cancellation policies are as follows. There is no charge if you cancel more than 14 days before to your stay.
14 days notice: $80
7 days notice: $100
24 hours notice: $250
Note: Credit card on file will be charged any necessary fees
In the event of a no-call/no-show, the full amount of your reservation will be charged.
